# Perio Chart

Perio exams are attached to the patient appointments.

1. Open the Patient Profile and switch from Dental Chart to the **Perio Chart** tab.
2. Select an appointment when the perio exam is made.
3. Switch between top/bottom teeth 
4. Click on the **Save Changes** button to save the exam, or the Cancel button to return to the previous status.
